Information for First Appointments Made Online

If you choose to schedule online, I ask that you take the time to enter some information I need to set up your medical record and fill out a biographical information form that I use to familiarize myself with your history and situation. The scheduling website is totally secure and HIPAA compliant in terms of privacy protection. Please follow the directions on the site and call me if there is a problem.

Before your first appointment, I will call you for a brief telephone consultation to discuss the nature of your concerns, your expectations for counseling and to answer any questions you may have. If you feel we are a good match, I will confirm your appointment. If I do not have the expertise to treat your condition, I will refer you to a therapist with the appropriate training.

Information About Phone Calls and Scheduling For Established Clients

Ongoing clients can make, change or cancel an appointment online using the link above. If you call, I may be in session, but I will return all calls within 1 business day except on holidays.  As a one-person business, I cannot always return your calls on the same day. This means that I may not call you back until the following day or if you call on a Friday, I may not call back until Monday.
